I seriously need help here and hope someone can enlighten me. When I went into message inbox, they'lll prompt me an error message stating "Information Not found" and I cannot read any of the sms I had kept inside inbox.
Also, i understand that in SE w960i message, you can just click on "c" button to delete the message. Prior to the above mentioned problem, whenever I click on "c" button, they will prompt me that it's only a read-only file. I can delete my messages using the "c" button last time but till recently I am unable to do so.
Can anyone tell me if it's the phone setting (if so, what should I do) or it's the software problem for both the above mentioned problems? Many thanks and your reply is greatly appreciated. =)
