I recently purchased an unlocked E61i which i use in Hong Kong and China on the China Mobile network. At first i used it only with contacts that were stored on the SIM card and had no issues. I recently added to the phone 1200+ contacts from my Outlook Contacts. The Sync seemed to work fine. However, i am now experiencing that the phone does not recognize incoming call numbers, or received text messages with the name of the person who is calling, even though the number is stored as a contact on my phone. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? Your comments would be much appreciated! Thank you. - Drew

There is a possibility that the same number is stored in more that one contact (by name).
Coz u have saved the same number either twice with same name or same number with different names so the system gets mixed resulting in failure to load contact name on display.
