Hi,
Recently noticed a problem on my E90, whenever I go to view a picture/video/mp3 etc in the gallery, I'm unable to access the options. Pressing the left key does not have any effect and hence I'm unable to send the file by bluetooth etc and the other options that should be available. Also in camera mode when I take a picture and try to send it by MMS by using the message symbol, this doesn't work either.
Any ideas on what I could do?
I think it has only started doing this since I removed the Mobiola Mobile player which was causing problems for me and this has possibly had an effect. I can't find the free version of Mobiola anymore on my download folder either to try reinstalling it.

Do you have a backup that was done before you first installed mobiola player? If so, restore it and see if that helps, otherwise it's a *#7370# job i think.
You could try contacting mobiola support and asking why uninstalling there program broke your phone - must remember never to try it!
I emailed O2 last night and to my surprise they are sending out a replacement phone 😊 upon receipt of my old one which I sent out today. I didn't expect that.

To be honest I'm not so sure if it was Mobiola that caused my problems. I did manage to reinstall it again and removed it properly (the last time upon removal it encountered a problem and I had to shut the phone down) but there was still no joy.
Who knows, I would still like to know what caused my problems though!
