Here's as good as any place to start:-
a good place to start is nokia beta labs site, they have all free apps. conversations is a must have. along with location tagger, which tags your photos with gps coordinates. then share online 3, which uploads those geo-tagged photos to flickr or your own google map, so your friends can see your photos right on the map exactly where you took them. on and on, etc etc.
Go to Nokia's mosh site ,or beta labs like roger said also the Nseries site give a good insight and selection of apps too
