Hi everybody, ill start off my introducing myself, my name is jamal, i live in australia and am currently with the company three( or 3 or www.three.com.au)
. i have no experience with mobile phones other than changing themes, putting some mp3s on it and making phone calls and changed a few lcds in it..
my phone is slow and constantly restarting and ive read around that updating the firmware would solve the problem..
well here comes the next problem, when ever i run the Nokia Software Updater the phone screen goes black with in 1 min of the update...
patiently i wait for it to tell me to flip the battery and ect and try again.
well after wasting an hr of this (about 10 battery flips) i did another few hrs of goggling and came across here.
NSU says my current firmware Nokia N73 (RM-133) 2.0628.0.0.1
and update 4.0812.4.2.1 is available but i cant seem to get the damn thing to work.
could it be my provider or is it just my phone, or is it me? cant figure it out
any help and feed back is much appreciated
