Its Exchange 2007 in Windows SBS 2008, by default it sets all handheld devices to require a code. It can be disabled in the Exchange 2007 Management console, under Organisation Config, Client Access, properties of Windows SBS Mobile, under Password tab, just untick the top box and hit OK
