I'm interested in the new crop in car head units like the Sony BT2600 that allow streaming via bluetooth a2dp.
But what I'm really interested in is in whether the bluetooth AVRCP "goes both ways". I know that it is possible to control the phones media player using the head unit, but could it be possible to have an applet controlling the head unit from my Nokia E51?
Basically, I need to mount the head unit in the boot, control it remotely, and do it wirelessly! Am I dreaming? Would the software have to come from Sony?
