Problem using bluetooth in car and music player via aux input

Help!
I use my nokia n95 linked to my car's blue tooth in car system. Which works fine on its own.
If I use the phone to play music via bluetooth the sound quality is very poor, so I plug in the phone to my aux input in the car stereo.

The problem is if I do this and a call comes in, the blue tooth connection cuts the music which is correct and I can see the call info on my car display, but the N95 does not action the blue tooth for sound out or microphone.

The result is you answer the call but cannot hear them or speak to them unless you use the phone!

Is there a setting that I am missing to get the phone to do this properly?

Thanks
Ross

It may be that the aux connection is overriding the bluetooth HFP.

Does your in-car system support A2DP ?

I have a Sony BT HU and pair my N95 with it for a complete hands free system and in car HiFi and it works a treat. This is all done over a regular Bluetooth HFP profile and A2DP.
