Hi guys,

sorry if this has been asked before..but i cant find an answer anywhere..

if you load the demo video which comes pre-installed on the phone, you can see that the users opens up the picture gallery, and all his photos are shown in a grid format, in thumbnails. When he clicks on a thumbnail it enlarges the image.

I cant find this option anywhere on my phone. The most i get in the picture gallery is a list of images (with small thumbnails on the side of the image name)

Does anyone know if the above is possible? if its not..then why the hell did they include it on the demo video which is installed on the phone!?

Thanks 😊

Not sure how to answer this one. I've had a look on my phone, but my picture gallery is in grid view by default, and I've no idea how to switch to 'line view'

Just a thought...maybe it is dependent on how many pictures are in the folder. No guarantee, but it's something that could be the cause.

I'll try to look into it later though....in the meantime, anyone else got any ideas for this one?

hey thanks for the reply!

you have it in grid view? damn..i wonder why i dont..

I've asked a friend of mine who also has this phone and he has the same problem. He does not see it in grid view.

Could it be the firmware version or something?

what version do you have? and how can i check the version that i have 😊

Thanks

Well, I'm guessing that in the demo, they must be showing the camera folder. Cos in that, I get my photos in grid view...but not outside that.....hope that helps

cheers...

yeah i get that too in the camera folder..but its not the same.

in the demo they show it in landscape mode..on the actual phone its portrait. Also in the demo, when they click on an image it expands into full view..on the phone that does not happen...
