Had a text today from Tmob explaining from the 28th July all calls to 0870,0871,0844 and 0845 are to be increased by 100% (flext tarriff). Now i use these numbers quite a bit (gas, elec bill, banking, work etc etc) and am fully aware that they don't come out of my flext allowance but now im increasingly annoyed by the increase.
Now is this finally a chance to get out of my contract early as mainly fed up of poor 3G signal (calls dropping, connection error, receiving any texts) when 3G is on and have to permanently keep it on GSM.
No T&C's on this increase on their website www.t-mobile.co.uk/08 but wondered what you think of a good old kick off to one of their reps demanding my contract to be terminated free of charge.
"To make things clearer for our customers"
what's clearer than 10p pm?
Interesting :/ I would like to cancel my contract but I don't know anyone cheaper than what I currently have.
if you have a data tariff, try using www.saynoto0870.com to find a geographical alternative for any 0845/0870/0800 number you wish to ring. A bit of a hassle having to spend a few mins searching, but if it turns out to be a 30 min call, you could save yourself .
im my experience most of them don't work.
Particularly say lloyds platinum line services. You phone up an get though straight to the company rather than just the bit that deals with platinum services. I thin I failed to find a proper egg number either.
yeah, I've no found saynoto0870 useful either tbh
