Oh my goodness, well I got a call from SE today and they were telling me that the P800 will not be available until March. They said that they are still waiting for the shipments that should have come this month but it seems like there has been a minor set back and they will be recieving the shipments the end of this month, that is why i am coming to this conclusion that March would bee the safe bet...
I honestly am really annoyed with these delays and these "set backs". I hope that if anyone from SE is reading this, you are reading about a very unsatisfied customer and I know that i am not the only one who is feeling the same way that I do. SE please please please.....do something about this delay problem and keep your customers happy if you wanna keep them!!!! As for me I really am still resisting the temptation of buying an import P800 as I asked SE Hong Kong about getting an import P800 and they said that they would not be able to repair or even upgrade the phone if it had any problems in the future. So imports are a no no here in Hong Kong.
I can't understand why Hong Kong, the so-called technologically advanced city, will be the very last in the world to get P800. We are so helpless, thanks to the incapable SE dealer.
If they keep delaying the launch, we all lose. :cry:

Hey anthony cant understand why the P800 isnt available in HK yet. I live in the Philippines which is just an hour and a half away. I got my P800 three weeks ago. Its not the official release version though. The dealer i got it from told me they got it from HK, as most of the fone here are. But now its officially released here and is selling at a much lower price, around $600 with contract

Well the thing is that I see the P800 everywhere here but not the official product, all imports. Well I am really tempted to buy the imports but SE of Hong Kong does not repair or upgrade non-Hong Kong P800's. That is why I am Waiting for the official thing here. And Hong Kong is getting the P800 and the P800c, The P802 is only for China.
Does anyone know when is the release date of P802 in China?

Look I know that the P800 is available here in Hong Kong..but the thing is that it is not released officially. SE of Hong Kong does will not support you if you have imported goods...and about that site that you posted....all the phones that they sell are imported....
Actually I live in Hong Kong and I got my P800 from SE Hong Kong a month ago. As I know, they only have 200 handhelds at this moment and all the devices are sold to the software developer and the Telco. Most of the P800 you have seen in Hong Kong are imported from other country.
SE Hong Kong will offical launch P800 at the end of Feb. and the suggested retail price is HK$4,980.
