how to disable call barring

i woke up this morning an my nokia 6110nav has call barring on for some reson i don't know why i called up vodafone an they said my sim is not barred it is in my had set i was hopng someone could help me remove this thanks

ok i found out it is blacklisted.
i need to change my IMEI number because the seller of this fone is an idiot an wont reply to my emails an ebay said they cant do anything i have called up to try an get it of the blacklist an they said they cant cos i dont have the box or resites can some just help me change this IMEI number cos if i dont i just lost $450 that took my a while to get.
i am very anoyed tht this has happened.
