Does anyone know how to prevent the Cingular-branded (AT&T) 9300 from creating the Blackberry Account set-up shortcut on the Desktop every time that the 9300 is rebooted?
I have looked and looked in the system files and don't see anything obvious.
Yes, it is simple to press Ctrl-D and delete it after a reboot, but I'd like to keep my system running clean.
Speaking of which...some comments:
1. Since the online IM systems keep changing (and Nokia doesn't bother to update the IM client applet), the IM application was the first to get deleted from my 9300 to save space.
2. The online tutorial was another space-waster which is no longer on my 9300.
