I really like Motorola Z8, but the only thing I would like to change is Menu. Is there a possibility to change it? For example to look and operate like Nokia Menu...

Changing Menu
Its not possible. But you could download GDesk and design your own desktop using that if you like. It wont replace your current menu though. It will just run through the GDesk app, which you can set a shortcut to on your right softkey.
