MicroSD 8GB card... compatibility

hi,

i've just got an N95-1 of which the backlighting is currently being repaired.

i've already bought a Kingston 2GB MicroSD card for it, but if've come to find out that it also accepts 8GB cards. (i got the Kingston one because it had slightly better transfer rates than te Sandisk one.) i've yet to try the Kingston card in my N95 but i'm going to use the 2GB one for my camera anyways.

now, i was thinking of ordering an 8 GB Kingston class 6 card. can you tell me if my phone will accept this card?

also, is this the best option? (i think the Sandisk ones are about equally priced.)

thanks,

grtx.

Yes, lots of people are using them. I would recommend the sandisk though, they seem to be the ones with the least errors.

thanks guys,

so, either kingston or sandisk should be compatible.

another question: i can get an 8GB class 4 sandisk for 30 euros, or a class 6 one for 40 euros. class 6 should be 50% quicker, theoretically. would one notice the extra speed from these cards in the phone? or only when inserted into the pc-cardreader? or not at all?
