Started the updater software and it told me an update was available. Backed up phone (except settings) and then updated. Part way through updating had a service layer module error and this disconnected the phone.
After a couple of minutes the updater showed me how to recover the phone by unplugging the battery and switching it back on. Came on with the last firmware (version 15) and all programmes work.
Despite numerous re-tries it kept failing by disconnecting and asking me to install a cable driver??
Why won't it work? I have updated numerous phones and never had a problem.
All help would be appreciated.
