I have a quite old Nokia phone, and when I travel to another country it generally adjusts its time "automagically". How does that action take place??
I would like to write an application which would rely on GSM network's clock (not the phone's one).
Is there any way to achieve that? If so, would it be a free iteration or the user would be charged for using the TELCO's clock?
Any information would be much appreciated.
