At the time when I got my Commi the first question we posed when somebody was reporting about a problem was "What is your firmware?". 3.18, 3.54, 3.62 and sporadic mentioning of 3.80.
But now 4.13 has arrived and I never heard of new firmware since. And it is not like all problems have been solved. 4.13 has its peculiarities and things that are completely unhandy. Now one of the problems is that I haven't got the faintest idea how to approach Nokia with bug-reports/feature-requests, but I do have some things to report.
Until now I was hoping that the major problems would come under the attention of Nokia anyhow, because they used the product themselves and probably a few people in the world know how to reach them. But with the introduction of the new 9210i I do fear that we never hear of bugfixes again.
