The title says it all...When i try to open my web browser it just exits back to the menu,yet it used to work but couple days ago it crashed.....no it just exits and doesnt start at all.And no its not my operators fault since i tryed the same card on another phone and it worked....its completely my phones faulty.Any ideas?

BUMP okay since nobody knows anything ill add more problems....The bluetooth doesnt work too....i have it on but nobody can connect to me or send anything.....

Are you can try http://www.nokia.com/softwareupdate in case there's even a newer firmware release.
I have the same problem and am hoping someone could provide further assistance since both Nokia and my wireless provider are clueless on this particular issue.
When I tried *#730#, I received a message on my phone that read, "Request not completed".
I've also gone the firmware route and that didn't solve anything either.
