Review: Pro Series Golf a must-buy despite flaws

Reckoning that Pro Series Golf is everything my own Fairway could have become, and more, after extensive gameplay I pronounce myself a fan. From the great 3D modelling to the genuinely exciting online multiplayer mode, Pro Series Golf is arguably the best N-Gage game yet. Yes, it has its flaws and glitches, as detailed in the review, but there are no showstoppers.

Read on in the full article.

This is definitely up there with some of the best golf games and an absolute must have on N-Gage. Next on my list is One 😊

I'm sure it's a must by for some but as one of the many who detests golf and its entire schmoozing culture I don't think I ill be going anywhere near it.

Troll?

Yes, the demo looks good, and even managed to birdie the holes. But, as Nokia / N-Gage support are totally inept at sorting out the login problems I am having with my online account, a problem that has been ongoing since the last firmware upgrade, I won't be getting this one. In fact, I doubt I'll be getting any further N-gage titles and will be steering a wide berth around the platform.

PS Golf is a great game just a pitty some of the non sport/Golf fans can't see past their hatred and look at how well it was put together for a Mobile Game.

one cause of the Login problem is when you are using a email address whats atachted to another N-gage account you may of registered before.
but there is couple other causes too,it's best to PM the admin on N-gage forum they'll sort it for you.
Just give them your account details like N-gage ID ,Email and IMEI no. in the Private message that way they sort it faster

Had exactly the same problems. Only thing that worked was to keep emailing them. In fact, I only got a reply after I emailed the MOSH tech support and asked them to fwd it onto the correct people.

Couldn't ask for help in the NGage forum as I couldn't log in to post... And no NGage-specific email support is obvious from the site. Pretty poor from Nokia to be honest.

I eventually got a reply and they reset my password and everything is now hunkydory.

Well it was until I spent 8 on this game. 2 Uninstalls/Reinstalls later and then a reinstall of NGage itself and I can finally play more than 2 strokes without getting a "USER 44" error. Using standard v20 firmware so there really is no excuse for this.

Imagine your average non-Nokia-fanboy gamer would run a mile after this experience. It can't be doing Nokia's image with new customers too many favours...

Such a shame as it's a great game, but it's taken hours of my time to get working...
