Even worked at over 500mph on a recent flight to Paphos.
Im having lessons to obtain my pilots licence and hope that I someone will bring some decent aviation mapping out for our phones soon.

took a while to get lock on and i had a window seat. prob cos we had already flown 500 miles by time i switched it on but eventually got lock and worked well!
haha so i guess you werent able to use the assisted GPS up there, huh? how long did it actually take before it got the lock? 5 minutes? i always get a lock even on the freeway doing 80mph, so to those who say you have to be stationary, i say rubbish! you should have ran sports tracker and then uploaded it to your google map just for shats and googles.

took more like 10 mins, hardest thing was keeping it in view of the window for the sky....
