Uninstalling n-gage

Hey people,

Just did a firmware upgrade to v21 on my n95. First off it was fine. Has the discover n-gage app demo thingy available in applications. Once id restored my files etc from PC suite, the proper n-gage transferred across.

Here's the problem. The orange n-gage (discover) will open, providing me with the demo's etc. however, the PROPER n-gage app, the blue/purple one, will not open at all.As if its a dead link or something. Ive tried deleting it by pressing 'c' button on the icon, begins to remove, gets to about 1/10th of the way, then has an error saying it's failed.

It does this same thing trying to remove through application manager.
I try installing the PROPER n-gage app again via PC suite.... ends up saying 'missing file' and aborting, however, after asking me if i want to over-write the existing n-gage installer, which i cant find in file manager anyway?!

So yeah basically guys i need to uninstall the discover n-gage demo app, and get the blue (proper) one to work. Can you even uninstall the demo app, as im guessing its part of the firmware?

The correct restore order for things to work after a firmware update would have been:
- update firmware
- install N-Gage
- restore backup
- reinstall games

At least that's worked for me.

A way to recover might be a *#7370# reset, then reformatting the memory card, then reinstall N-Gage, then restore the backup, then reinstall games. (Assuming you want N-Gage and the games back.)
