my phone has been to nokia 5 times already with continuous issues with my bluetooth and mic.on the last occassion they have resolve the mic issue but now my bluetooth which used to work at times now has completely stopped working i.e i cannot see any devices and no devices can detect me. please help... oh yes i have the latest firmware

This won't help you much, but after I've read other posts in this forum, and your problem can be Firmware problem. Other users have blootooth problems on their E90 with the latest firmware. You can find posts about that in this forum or on nokias own forum as well.
