I hope someone has some advice for me!
I have read a few comments on the N73 freezing but they haven't helped.
Every now and then, the phone will freeze, showing a white screen with the blue Nokia logo, and will then unfreeze about a minute later. While this has only happened to me about half a dozen times, it happened to my wife 3 times in about 10 minutes yesterday.
Has anyone any ideas? Would it help if I updated the firmware (currently 4.0736.3.2.1)? I have two extra programmes installed on the phone, but this happened before they were installed.
There is another problem which I need to solve too! When the phone is turned off, the alarm only works about 50% of the time, but always works if the phone is left on.
Any advice would be appreciated.
