Don't know what network your phone is on but most service providers will unlock your phone for you if you ask them. Some charge about 20 whilst others, like Vodafone, will do it for free (infact I believe that they no longer lock their phones since May this year).
I would advise you not to give out your IMEI number though. Not a good idea.

IIRC, neither Voda or O2 have locked their phones for a long time now. I've certainly never had an O2 phone which has been locked and been with them for 10 years now!

Was also amazed to receive a Nokia 6300 from Orange (for the Mrs) recently which wasn't locked! 😮

I dont have any money now i'm a solider in israel army
i buy the N95 and i gave my 6120c to my sister and then that was a problem
my imei you know
it's nokia n95 orange israel
and i want to open that to cellcom

please help me ):

No-one can help you, it has to be the network provider that unlocks it.

Or, you can send it off to a place that unlocks them for a price, but you have to check reviews of them because a number say they can do N95s when they cant.
