Wallpaper For Each Screen?

Hi, I did a search for this and nothing came up so I'm sorry if this has been covered before.

I'm looking for a way to get different wallpapers on each screen of the E90. Obviously the aspect ratio for each screen is different and I've found a wallpaper for the inner screen, but it becomes bordered on the outer screen, so I'm just looking for a way to assign a different wallpaper to the outside screen.

Does anyone know of a way of doing this?

Thanks 😊

Hi,

To set two different wallpapers is impossible. The solution for your problem is to use the correct size.

To have both screens the same wallpapers use 800 x 600 pixel resolution (or any 4:3 aspect ratio and bigger or equal to 800 x 600 px) picture. This will cropped on both screens and fit 100% in the communicator and 99% in the cover screen. To set a 800x352 pixel resolution pic is wrong.(but logical)

But the wallpaper won't cover the full screen anyway, 'cause the S60 interface does not support it, only by theme.

Cheers,

The precise resolution is 800 x 615. I uploaded a picture to explain the details:

The green part is the part you will see on both displays. The blue part is the additional part you will see on the outer display, and the red part is the additional part you will see on the inner display. So when you design a wallpaper, make sure that the important bit of the design is in the green part.
