N78 Apps Issues

Got my N78 and now realised a lot of things don't work/missing/not supported compared to my old N95:

* Lifeblog - missing and not downloadable
* Best Profiles - doesn't auto-start and turns off when you close the app.
* Nokia Chat - no support
* GMail Client - prompts for network connection confirmation EVERY time you want to do something.

Not impressed!

You'll find lots, lots more.

Im finding FP2 far from compatible.

Garmin XT doesnt work

Sygic doesnt work properly

SMS scheduler doesnt work

And some others I cant remember at the moment.

Lifeblog has been replaced / merged with Gallery into Nokia Photos - Nokia Photos on the OC works like Lifeblog did. Unfortunately there's no Lifeblog view on the phone.

3rd party apps may not be compatiable, but in most cases it should be relatively easy to fix. Hopefully software authors will deal with this asap.

GMail - I'm not having this problem - you might want to check settings for GMail in App Manager (you may still get a prompt the first time you open it).
