kk this problem has been going on for about a month. my phone touchscreen didnt work for a week but then when i tried it it works again. but now on the far right of my screen nothhing works. its not that big of a deal but i dont want my phone touchscreen to stop working again. wen i say far right i mean like i cant touch the task manager. n wen im texting the keyboard enter n all the other buttons on the right doesnt work. how can i clean the screen or replace it?

uhh thx for the help it started working be4 i even did the wizard. but now the touchscreen isnt working. be4 i couldnt get in my phone becuz i couldnt chose the option "phone on" in the beggining. but now i can becuz i found out i can press the scrolling thing on the left of my phone. is there a way i can fix this touchscreen? it works when it wants to n stops when it want tp.

I had this problem also. Touchscreen just stopped working 1 day, I didn't drop the phone or spill anything on it. It appeared to be a software thing, but I re-flashed the firmware and still no change.
I sent it back to SE who promptly replaced the touch screen (under warranty, had it for about 4 months). Working again now - they never told me exactly what went wrong, but I saw quite a few posts on other boards also, same issue, same solution. There are a few ones there where you can go to Notes and write all over the screen to get it working again, but this didn't work for me :frown:
My short answer:
- back up your phone
- take it in to SE/where you got it from
- get back a happy phone!
