Need Help - Lost contacts on N95 8G when synchronized with Exchange

Hello,
I'v just instaled mail_for_exchange on N95 8G and set up profile for exchange 2003 in my firm.
I'm not sure what I click but now I dont have any contacts on my phone, only contacts synchronized with outlook.
I didnt clicked Delete Contacts, thats for sure!
Can I somehow restore my contacts on phone???

Be careful not to sync and lose contacts on outlook either! Check with someone in the company?
