new N95 8gb for $200?!

I really wanna buy this phone, but not sure about genuineness of these 2 web sites:

any advise?

Fake.. have a look at the specs and they are the same specs as the fake CECT N95s (Justrightsell)
The other one has the correct data - but when I viewed it came up all in 36 pt fonts for some reason on IE..

At the end of the day, if you feel the site is not trustworthy enough, then dont bet on it.
