Last week my N80 started to die, firstly the speaker for phone calls broke, which wasnt too much of a problem. However now when turned on i just get a white screen. As if the backlight is on but nothing on screen, got nothing to loose by opening it up for a look so anyone suggest what it could be?

I see this was in July but I had the same issue. Went on E-Bay, bought ribbon cable with tools for a few quid. Video (somewhere on net - sorry no link) shows how to disassmenble. Followed that, wished I had taken some pics/laid out everything more carefully when I did that as it was hard to remember how to put it back together... but ok in the end. And worked.
