I downloaded the tools (SIS) for symbian signing. The lowmem tool
doesnot install on the device. I am using
Nokia s60 3rd edtion phone 3250 running on Symbian OS 9.1 and have
app mgr setting to allow all apps
Are there updated tools available for s60 3rd edition devices ??

LowMem doesn't work on Symbian OS 9.1. You'll get an automatic waiver for
this.
