One of the things that makes the G810 pretty nice is the use of springs keep it slid open or closed. No more accidentally opening the slide when removing the phone from my pocket!

Also the Bluetooth stereo (A2DP) is excellent :icon14: - with no stutters or dropouts. (Unlike some other phones I've tried.) I'm using the phone with Nokia BH-503 Bluetooth headphones which IMHO give a great rendition for all the types of music I've tried. The headphones are very comfortable to wear, the sound seems very clear even for passages that alternate between loud & very soft.

Some questions about the G810:
1. When I make a call the phone plays a couple of seconds music after I dial, is there any way to turn this off?

2. If I have the slide open and the focus on an application open (e.g. Web Browser, or Google Maps) when I close the slide the application is killed. I thought I saw a setting for this somewhere but cannot find it again. Does anybody know where this setting is?

3. Google Mail worked when I first installed it, it then stopped working. I uninstalled & reinstalled it, it worked fine - until I closed the slide whilst using it. Has anybody else seen this? I don't want to have to reinstall GMail every day.
