I'm currently on a Vodafone tarrif, I have my Internet APN activated, I can view HTML pages using the built in Browser, the problem is when I use the Opera browser (Don't ask for it, it's not available yet), the pages don't seem to want to load.
So could someone please post their settings so I can compare?
Before anyone asks, I've tried the ones from SE site with no luck.

It's not a setting probleme i think but an Opera Software problem, if the SE base browser dont work !
Also, i think it's difficult to help you about an software not available yet !
Or, could you give us (or me 😊 ) your Opera version for testing purpose ?
PS: If i ask you about Opera Browser, it's precisely because it is not available for the moment !

I have a p800 from sweden.
When using the internet APN / INternet gateway
I cannot access HTML pages at all, Only WAP sites using the WAP APN.
The internet APN is only way i can get POP EMAIL.
What are the settings you are using to browse HTML on the default browser?.

Sorry, I can not suppy this software to anyone and I am under a strict agreement not to distribute it.
I only have it for reviewing purposes, hopefully if I can get these problems sorted out I can suppy you all with a sneak preview of what to expect.
It shouldn't be too long until it is released now 😉

Obviously my GPRS settings will differ to yours, have you tried the SonyEricsson website, which offers settings that are sent directly to your phone 😊
If you are having trouble veiwing HTML and you have a full internet APN an dinternet settings are correct then make sure this seeting is off : -
control panel/WAP accounts/preferred (tab) /Use WAP account (must be unticked)
So did you get it to work in the end? I have the same problem wap pages ok but not web ones.
also I can recive e-mail but not send it, it just sits in my out box!!!
