HELP! lost my data - memory card corrupted

5 replies · 8,504 views · Started 05 August 2008

Picked up my new E66 today... had the phone turned off to place the SIM inside it. Thought I'd take a peek at the memory card... put it all back together, switched it back on, and now the card is corrupted !!!!!!!

😡

I'm so annoyed! Is there anyplace on the web I can download what was originally on the memory card? I've lost maps and goodness knows what else! If its any help, I'm with Optus in Australia (not sure if the card is preloaded with their "stuff"😉.

Being a guy, I hadn't read the instructions...

I did find a link on howardforums.com where it was possible to download a file containing the original card contents for E71, I believe it is the same apps on both E66 and E71... I downloaded the content and used it in my E71. I have tried to find it again, but no success.
