MMS:Compatibility-Problems known?

😞 Hello Guys,
i have a question about MMS and i hope someone can help me.
My Provider in Germany(E-Plus)is offering MMS-Service since the first of February and i�m having problems while sending/receiving MMSses to/from my friends mobile(PANASONIC GD87). My MMS arrive nearly correct, he "only" cannot scroll down the text i`ve written. His MMS don�t even arrive at my 7650-the phone shows me a text like"Downloading Message",GPRS gets activated for a few seconds......but nothing happens in my inbox!!!
If anyone has information about this problems i would be very thankful!
May these be problems depending on the network, because they�ve just started MMS or is this because of incompatibility between phones of different brands?

are u on the same phone network? because some companies do not connect to different networks for MMS, and therefore you only get a message downloading Multimedia message, but u dont end up getting it. Hope that helps.

Hi Rod,
yes we are on the same network but it won�t work...
And we hope that it will work sometime...
