I have configured the sync with exchange to be manual.
To sync, i have to dive 4 steps into the menu.
Can i put a shortcut in the main menu to do this sync ?
Or assign a button ?

You can move the sync application anyware you like, if that's what you mean. Highlight it, press Options -> Move to folder. If you want to assign it to a softkey, go to Settings -> Phone-> Display
