i've put about 4gb of music on my 8gb flash memory on my w960i, it loaded up fine in the walkman and file manager, however when i try to load up the music in the sounds and alerts section of control panel in order to change my ringtone it takes forever to do anything and then i get an error message saying "Not Enough Memory", i have used the storage wizard and i still have alot of memory on the phone and media drives, this aspect of my phone worked before when i had less music on it, what is the problem and how can i fix it??

The "Not enough memory" error you sees refers to the phone's RAM rather than lack of storage space on the 8gig memory. The two are completely separate from one another. The error you see is could be because there's too many apps running at the same time or some app is misbehaving.
If it happens again you could first try the task manager: Tap the top-right icon, the choose the "Open" tab. This will list all running applications (along with how much RAM each one is using). From there you can try to close anything that looks like it's using a lot of RAM by selecting it from the list and using the "End" button.
If that doesn't help you could try rebooting the phone (turn it off and on again).
