Is anybody here able to sign an application for me?

I've google a how to guide but I only have a public domain email so can't sign up to sybian signed.

You can get a 3 year signed certificate at www.opda.net (be advised the site is initially in Chinese, but there's an English setting once you have registered).

Harry's link is one of the best method for new users IMAO. Just make sure you follow the instructions to the letter and it works very well. Nothing to worry about!
