ive got the most up to date 8gb firmware. V20. Ive enjoyed full youtube for a while. But today i tried and it flashes up i dont have an up to date flash player but then that goes and it tries to load the video. It then kicks me out of the internet app. Anyone else have this? Have youtube up rated their site or something?

Yes. Mobitubia seems to behave less than perfectly these days too, sometimes exiting or producing sound glitches.
I'd recommend emTube, which is working again and plays videos much smoother than the browser version. Just be careful about uninstalling it, as it can require n-gage to be reinstalled if it removes one of the shared packages.
i tried it again this morning and it was working.
