Contacts Syncing Problem E51

I have an E51 and recently discovered a syncing problem. It seems that whenever I make a contact addition to my cell phone, it does not show up in Outlook. Even more worrisome is that when I make a change to a contact in my cell phone (one that already exists in Outlook), it disappears in Outlook after a sync. I have Outlook 2003. Anyone else have these problems or thoughts on how to correct?

In the option for "In case of conflict" I have tried both "Server Wins" and "Phone Wins", but I experience the same problem regardless.

Same here: synching my E71 via intellisync with our exchange server: when contact already exists, either on server or in phone and only details are changed, then no sync action: details will not be changed after sync. Only new contacts are synced as a whole.

Somebody comes up with an idea?
