Another week, another N-Gage chart, with a rather surprising disappearance... Click on the headline of this news item to see the best-selling games on the N-Gage platform for the period mentioned.

Read on in the full article.

Where on earth did Reset Generation disappear to?

Is everyone just playing it for free on their PCs instead?

But nice to see COTD back in the charts, and nice to see Bounce finally get the top spot that it deserves.

the charts have totally surprised me this week
i thought RG would be no.1 but its not even in top 5, it was kind of epected in a way with the free pc version available but i thought it would be there for atleast a couple of weeks.

Good point, but RG is a smaller download than BIA or COTD though, and they've been in the chart for ages.

Nerds (with all due respect to myself) download the PC version, and casual gamers just aren't interested enough to buy the n-gage version?.. 'Leave it to the nerds ill just buy Bounce' etc..

casual gamers just aren't interested enough to buy the n-gage version?

I dunno about that, I think it's quite a casual game. It's certainly a lot more casual than, say, Pathway To Glory.

I think it's the PC version that's drawing people away from the mobile version, you don't even have to download it, just fire up the browser and play.

However, it's still early days. If people get addicted to the PC version they may start drifting to the mobile version too so they can get their fix while on the bus, at work etc. That's certainly how Scott Foe talked about Nokia's plans for the game, that this would still be popular in a year or two's time.
