Hello
I've just started in a new job which has (bloody) Lotus Notes. I've used Exchange with MFE the last two years and have really learned to appreciate the imediate updated PIM's at both places.
Online syncing with Notes is probably out of reach in the company I'm with now due to security reasons. They offer a HTC with WM6 only - for mail, contacts etc.
I already own a E71 and would like to keep it, but the manual backup routines with S60 holds me back. I would also like to have the my calendar, contacts, mails and todo's om my PC.
Does anyone know of a way to sync my E71 with gmail in a similar way as exchange? ...or a workaround to make it possible...
check out goosync, it syncs your phone calendar with your google calendar.

So I installed goosync on my phone and I don't see it in the applications folder. I looked around for it (after I saved the settings via SMS when it was sent) and couldn't seem to find it. I assume it needs to be running in the background to actually sync. I added something to my Google Calendar and nothing on my phone yet. What am I doing wrong?

Excellent app Roger. Thanks for reffering. I bought a 24months subscribtion 😊
jeremyhelling: You have to go to the sync icon in the Tools secrion of your E71. There you will find a link to sync with your google account 😉
...well - syncing of contacts was a great disappoinment. Huge limitations regarding number of 'fields' synced although caused by limitations in Google. Changing sync of contacts to GooSync makes it nessecary to have both GooSync and Google open on your computer. Contacts must than be copied one by one when you want to use them in mails...
...and the setup is difficult to read up on - the help file could have been better IMHO :|
