I don't know where to ask so i try here,
i sync my N95 daily with Nokia Photos, now i'm cleaning up my old computer and i have some old Nokia LifeBlog backup-files.
Is there a way to merge the old files with the recent database?

Not that I know of.
Your post reminded me to check something, though. I use N-Series PC Suite, which came with Nokia Photos version 1.0.x. It also has an auto-updater, which reporded no updates to the components.
So how come Nokia Photos 1.2.x was available for download from the Nokia N-Series website? I've had to update it manually.
I'm hoping this will fix the "out of memory" errors on the device when synchronising a large number of items (requiring the device to be rebooted before it will continue with synchronising), and maybe speed up the incredibly slow synchronising of text messages, but this could be a firmware issue.
Thanks for that tip argh about updating Nokia Photos. I too had the same problem as you with the Nseries PC Suite not informing me off updates.
