Hands on with the Nokia N85

Motor cars have all begun to look alike as we approach the ultimate airodynamic and weight design. Also engines for thos carsbecome more and more similar as we come to the most economic and efficient design.

I see how many people think this N85 is a con by Nokia because it is so similar to the old N95 in functionality but I really think we are coming close to the ultimate in mobile phones. From here on out we will only see improvemants in things like camera specs, connection speeds, battery technology and memory capacity. Soon you'll buy your phone purely for the form factor and colour because they'll all have all the goodies.

What's the video like? As good as the N95? Camera and video are my two major considerations for this upgrade...

There is no point buying the N85 or anything less than an N95 (OMAP2) as they are old hat, and lack any hardware accelerated 3D graphics capabilities. Roll on 2009 and roll out OMAP 3 Nokia before you loose another customer!

Can anyone please help me i have had my nokia n85 for a week or so and am finding the texting borin with no smileys 😞 heard i can download summit but a bit weary ???? Help???
