You can set up diverts, but if you want to do it for specific callers only, then it won't do what you want (and I don't think it can easily be done, either, unless your phone actuall accepts the call, then calls some other number - at your cost - and then connects the calls as a conference call, during which your phone will of course be tied up to the that conference call).
