I'm sure there are programs out there I'm not aware of that I would love. Please list a program you use on your phone along with a link of where to get it or a site where you can download more of them. Also, please list the cost, if any, associated. Free is cooler. 😎
I like 'Advanced Call Manager' which allows you to designate how you want calls handled from numbers you specify. You can use white list or black list and then modify them from there to send straight to voice mail or send a busy tone or lots of other options.
