anyone think there's anything wrong with end of contract upgrade when you upgrade to a phone you've had before? thinking of getting another N95 as i can't see anything out at the moment i want that comes close

I would go for a much cheaper contract sim free, haggle with the network to get a good deal. And some people have gotten very good deals.
Thats assuming your N95 is still working well, if its not then you might as well go for another.
Though make sure you dont get the same contract rolling over, since the N95 is worth a lot less than it was 12/18 months ago.
I know what you mean, I'm that happy with the N95.
But of course I'm going to wait a couple of months to get the N85, hopefully it'll be available in October......
do what bar says ask if they can do you a deal on a sim only deal
o2 offered me a 30 day rolling contract with some very good mins and txt and internet offers untill a phone came out that i liked like the n96 or n85
in the end i managed to get a 12 month contract with a brand new n95 and a 9 month upgrade 😊 which will happend in aprill (iam hoping there will be some brill devices by then to choose from)
they dont wanna loose your custom mate as your only take it somewhere else
some phone operators are more helpfull then others so keep trying if you dont get what you want
as i took the n95 but allready had one i said it wasnt an upgrade and could they throw in something else to make me happy , they also gave me an extra bolt on free of charge which would of cost 7;50 😊
