I have an archos and am trying to get some videos onto my N95. I tried using Nokia conversion program, but its taking hours for 1/2 hr show? Not sure why? What program would you recommend? I tried just copying without convert but had no sound when trying to play.

I tried using Super and it cut off half of the video. I teid 2 kids videos that are both about 30 mins and it said it converted whole thing, but each were only 17 minitues and just stopped.

Sorry, I had duplicates of this message. I am not sure how that happened. I have deleted the others. I will try Super with some more videos but no idea why its cutting out after half the movie.

Also when I covert using super, I have no sound when I play on phone? It says sound file couldnt transfer correctly?

AFter trying multiple videos I just realized the problem might be Vista? Does SUper work on Vista?

I used http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/.

It's free, meant for iPod but spews out the video in MP4 format which N95 can handle. Haven't used in it in some time, but get the settings right and you get decent size vs quality.

Again, depending on settings, takes 1-2 times length of video to encode. You can queue up a load of videos and just leave your PC running. I got a whole bunch of music vids done, orignally for my iPod Video but just dropped onto my mem card.

I've used this too and the results are quite good. I don't use it anymore though because the only benefit of it, I found, was that the resulting videos would work very well on the following devices:

My parents' iTouches
My N95
My PSP

Now I've moved house I only focus on the latter two devices, and I can get some really good results, working for both of them, with SUPER.
