Hello. I have just bought the Nokia 5500. After a while, some problems have occured.
1. -I cant connect to PC-Suite with my WinXP computer, I have tried installing and re-installing the PC Suite, drivers etc, but nothing works! I still can connect to Suite with our laptop, which uses Vista. I connect with USB-cable, CA-53. I can connect to my computer using data transfer settings, to get access to my microSD card. How can I connect to PC Suite! Wich leads us to my next problem.
2. -I am currently using Kingstons 1g MicroSD card. I have found some issues with it. It works fine, when the phone isn't turned off. When I turn off the phone and start it, and try to get access to my card, BANG! It says that I have to format the card, so bye bye music and images. I have "solved" this problem, with an another phone. I use my old 5200 to get connection to my computer, insert card, data to computer, disconnect 5200, card to 5500, and format, and transfer data. This takes too much time and effort. Hate to do it. So this is my problem, how to repairn this "Turn off--- Have to format issue?
